Intrusion detection, internet-connected cameras and security guards all keep vigilant watch over the premises to reduce security risks for our tenants and animal ambassadors alike.

Each employee or tenant is given a unique security badge and access code. This allows them to enter authorized spaces and to interface with the integrated building automation system.

Magnetic locks allow the building automation to control entry into sensitive spaces, granting access only to authorized personnel.

Individual pin codes are provided to building occupants, allowing security personnel to better manage security and access permissions.

Some spaces are not accessible to all building occupants for security reasons or because of health and safety concerns. Integrating access control into building automation ensures that visitors and occupants cannot access spaces without training or authorization.

The front gates to the premises are controlled by the automation system, and close after hours. Staff that remain late can exit by approaching the gate with their vehicle, tripping sensors in the concrete.

If a tenant arrives before the gates open, they can scan their entry badge. Visitors can call the building after hours to be granted access.
